Develop recipe document for securing Bamboo's Grouper stems and groups (e.g., for creating Grouper IDs, defining permission sets, and applying permission sets as defaults in Bamboo's Grouper instance(s)).

The safer approach will be to have a recipe that walks through the steps to recreate the whole hierarchy using the Grouper UI.

Keith, by noting in the parent issue that this sub-task is under review, where are you suggesting that the 'recipe' for securing Bamboo's Grouper groups and stems exists?

If the 'recipe' is to import a set of pre-configured data, how is a person to know of (and reproduce) that pre-configured data on a fresh instance of Grouper?

If the pre-configured data for Grouper 2.1.2 is the 'recipe', how will a future implementer handle a need to import to a more current version of Grouper?
